About the OpportunityThis is an opportunity for a Transactions CoordinatorListings Manager to join a family owned, fast paced residential and commercial real estate office where the agents and staff are members of the family. The ideal person for this role will thrive on that energy and highly collaborative team environment. As the TCListings Manager, you will be accountable for supporting the senior leasing manager in managing all current landlord accounts and in supporting agents working on tenant representation. This is a highly administrative role that also requires strong people skills for helping to manage agents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment that requires precision and attention to detail.About the CompanyOur client is an boutique retail real estate brokerage and advisory firm with over 42 years of experience in assisting buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, investors and retailers in lease and sales negotiations as well as strategic planning, market analysis, and dispositions.ResponsibilitiesSupport the senior leasing manager in all the administrative aspects of administering a busy exclusive leasing portfolio including agent oversight of posting listings, maintaining a media database, processing applications, sending out leases etc.Provide leasing agents daily leasing support by helping answer questions or concerns they have anywhere from what is acceptable for a specific landlord, access, management issues, where to find forms etc.Support new leasing agents onboarding through training and paperworkOnboard new exclusive agents to new listingsaccountsBuild and maintain relationships with leasing officesEnsure listing integrity is maintained by overseeing listingsEnsure that the e-signature system is running smoothly and all documents are well -organizedMaintain data in an exclusive listings database to ensure it is up to date at all timesQualifications:2+ years experience in residential real estate leasingSome management or mentoring experience preferred but not necessaryActive real estate license in New York StateProven ability to multi- task and manage many different clients andor team members simultaneouslyA self-driven and enthusiastic team player with a passion for systems and organizationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsCRM experience, Salesforce a plusMicrosoft OfficeGoogle SuiteCompensation:60-70K, depending on experienceHealth Benefits
