The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our banking clients, understanding their financial needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. 2. Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients, while retaining and growing existing client relationships. 4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients. 6. Regularly review and analyze clients' financial situations, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary. 7. Manage and mitigate risks associated with client relationships, ensuring all activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in banking or financial services, with a strong understanding of banking products and services. 3. Proven experience in credit analysis and relationship management. 4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. 5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and make informed decisions. 6. Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on achieving business goals and driving growth. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally. 8. Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements. 9. Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
