Caseload - 5/day Special equipment - Gamma camera, thyroid uptake probe, well counter, dose calibrator, survey meter Certification(s) needed - CNMT/ARRT, IEMA License, DOT training EMR - EPIC/Radiant and McKesson PACS Requirement description : 2 Year Experience in a hospital setting must be comfortable floating to Pekin or Proctor Hospital if needed Certification(s) needed - CNMT or ARRT, IEMA License, DOT training Profile Requirements: work history, skills checklist, applicable licenses/certs, covid vaccination card if applicable -- reference encouraged CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : ARRT BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Illinois ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : CNMT and/or IEMA verification required Weekend Requirements : as scheduled On Call Requirements : TBD: 1 day/week & every 4th weekend
