Support & Benefits Health insurance Tech support Onboarding & training Small company culture Fun offsites for Town Halls (indoor range, golf, axe throwing, laser tag, etc.) Core Values Authenticity: Be someone who tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear ... don't blow smoke Accountability: Be a person who takes extreme responsibility Excellence: Be a person who inspires others to Think, Learn & Act Responsibilities • Recommend and manage marketing tactics and campaigns (and respective vendors) to drive lead generation • Meet weekly lead gen goals • Market individual properties daily and weekly as needed • Make site visits to take pictures, go to Facebook Live, interact with clients, and solicit videos for customer testimonials • Support the sales team with sales enablement tools • Spearhead the development and maintenance of marketing collateral • Uphold the brand image across the team and externally across all mediums • Manage various marketing vendors including ad agencies, webmasters, photographers, etc. • Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities • Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals • Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Qualifications • Must be local to Nashua, NH with a car and the ability to travel • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
