Sales Account Manager - Arizona and Utah

ENGEL, a reliable plastics injection molding machine manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team based in the U.S. This position is based in Arizona and Utah & it will be a remote role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Meet with customers to generate quotes, revise orders, and close deals for machines and robots. Maintain ongoing customer relationships through continuous follow-up and engagement. Generate requests for quotes and manage order processing. Communicate with internal teams to ensure quotes meet customer specifications and generate revisions as needed. Oversee the order administration process from entry through delivery and start-up. Address customer complaints, delays, and other issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner. Collaborate with various departments and international teams to ensure timely solutions. Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by the supervisor. Qualification Requirements : Education : High school diploma with relevant work experience required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plastic, rubber, or silicone injection molding industry (maintenance, processing, engineering, etc.). At least 3 years of sales experience in a technical/machinery/capital equipment environment. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage both new and existing accounts. Licenses/Certifications : Plastics processing training is preferred. Skills and Abilities : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Other Requirements : Travel : Must be able to travel as needed within the assigned region and to attend sales meetings and trade shows. Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally on occasion
