Temp - RN - Clinic Ambulatory Lead (Days) Woodstock VT

This dynamic multi-specialty practice is seeking a Vermont licensed MA, LPN or RN to enhance our top-notch patient care and be part of an exciting interdisciplinary team of professionals. Mt Ascutney Specialty Practice is committed to building healthier communities in the Windsor region and within the Dartmouth Health system. The individual will provide support through compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative environment. The individual will act as resource for providers, patients and support staff regarding clinical and administrative support decisions. Possess the skills and knowledge needed to respond quickly and appropriately to situations that may arise with high risk or diverse patient populations. Ability to adjust actions in relation to others and adapt to offer best possible care to patients. Has effective written and verbal communication, adheres to HIPAA to protect patient confidentially and in accordance with Mt Ascutney's policies and procedures. The individual may assist the provider with office or hospital procedures that may include excisions, wound and drain care, dressing changes, suture, cast, and splint removals, cystoscopies, and/or injections. Must be proficient with EMR systems; properly document all patient care including any other necessary information timely and in accordance with Mt Ascutney's guidelines. The ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems or obstacles will be considered a strength. Requirement description : 2+ years of clinic/Ambulatory experience experience w/ urology, podiatry, general surgery, pain and gastroenterology HIGHLY PREFERRED
