Services: + Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement + Business Enablement + Business Solutions + Project Assurance As Technical Lead, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of solutions using industry best practices. The Technical Lead will be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business's current and future needs. The ideal candidate encourages an environment that promotes customer service, excellence, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork. - Experience leading the design, development and implementation of cloud based solutions and infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP)- including but are not limited to cloud computing, data storage, database services, business applications, and content delivery - Experience in designing, maintaining and managing systems and technical infrastructure over their life cycles - Experience directly leading, managing and troubleshooting the work of front-end, back-end, full-stack, and UI/UX developers - Experience scaling, monitoring, and managing VPCs - Experience building/managing the overall performance, motivation, and organization of the Solutions Team - Responsible for overseeing any technical or hardware requirements (e.g., relating to the software development process itself), while provide technical direction and integrate external hardware, and maintain cross-team connections - Experienced programmer responsible for setting/prioritizing technical tasks, code review, organizes work processes, ameliorating the team's technical skills via mentoring, and works to identify and resolve tech risk (debt, etc.) ? Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience leading the design, development and implementation of cloud based solutions and infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP)- including but are not limited to cloud computing, data storage, database services, business applications, and content delivery larger than $2 million in size - Experience in designing, maintaining and managing systems and technical infrastructure over their life cycles - Experience directly leading, managing and troubleshooting the work of front-end, back-end, full-stack, and UI/UX developers - Experience scaling, monitoring, and managing VPCs - Experience building/managing the overall performance, motivation, and organization of the Solutions Team - Responsible for overseeing any technical or hardware requirements (e.g., relating to the software development process itself), while provide technical direction and integrate external hardware, and maintain cross-team connections - Experienced programmer responsible for setting/prioritizing technical tasks, code review, organizes work processes, ameliorating the team's technical skills via mentoring, and works to identify and resolve tech risk (debt, etc.) - Ability to understand both the service delivery system for programs which are administered by states and monitored by federal regulators. - Ability to understand and be an expert in complex federal regulations and requirements. - Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, especially data analytics (i.e. ACCESS, SQL, SPSS) - Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed. - Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results. - Ability to move projects forward within a specific timeline and budget while working at a detailed level. - Commitment to exceptional client service. - Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset. - Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients and management. - Ability to interact with various levels of management and with clients. - Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity. - Enthusiasm for life-long learning and staying well-informed about current business issues. - Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes. - Excellent business writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences. - Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience required and Master's degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience Desired: - Public Sector/Government experience - Located in western region of U.S This position is remote with travel/onsite requirements.
