Drive the development and execution of innovative, high-impact advertising campaigns tailored to the unique needs and goals of our diverse brand partners and NBCU corporate initiatives. Develop creative concepts and storyboards for all types of campaigns in collaboration with the strategy team. Ensure creative execution aligns with content strategy, maintaining a clear vision while fostering collaboration across teams. Collaborate with the design team on graphics input and integration. Work closely with the production team to shape and scale ideas based on target budgets and timelines. Source vendors and oversee creative execution in collaboration with the production team. Manage and provide creative direction for the creative team of copywriters. Offer creative direction during shoots, ensuring the vision is effectively communicated and executed. Drive interdepartmental collaboration and share insights across accounts and NBCU's portfolio of networks. Present creative ideas and concepts effectively during internal and external pitches.
