Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator for an end client requirement. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills. We are looking for a well presented and charismatic individual who employs a strong work ethic. For any guest that calls or walks into our space, the Customer Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a great first impression and lasting relationship with the client.During periods when concierge services are not needed, this candidate will assist the marketing team with administrative tasks. They will provide support in areas such as campaign management, project coordination, and various marketing activities. This role involves offering administrative and operational assistance to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.Key AccountabilitiesProactively contributing to an amazing customer and employee experienceMaintain Work Studio, including documenting and managing to effective studio protocols and standardsHandle logistics, including vendor coordination and other needs for onsite supportSupport marketing effortsDetailed ResponsibilitiesAMAZING Customer ExperienceGreet Walk-In Customers, and align with Sales team based on client needs or work studio tour scheduleCoordinate internal events and meetings, including AV needs, cateringhospitality needs, provide critical information to guests in advance of visit, etc.Help plan in house employee meetings and events, including cateringhospitality, room scheduling, materials preparation, invitation managementWork Studio Protocols and standardsEnsure thorough documentation of standardsOpen and close work studio daily, maintaining proper safety and securityManage inbound calls with positivity and professionalismCommunicate and reinforce work studio presentation protocols with all associatesMaintain guest beverage and snack offerings on arrival and with planned meeting preparationManage inbound mail, assist with mass mailings and other package delivery upon requestMarketing ActivitiesProactively research visiting customers, and incorporate insights into visit preparation as applicableHelp marketing team prepare campaign distribution lists and help administer digital marketing campaignsOther duties as assignedRequired Education And ExperienceHigh school diploma required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerpointExperience with CRMs (but not required)Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
