Job Description The main responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues, including mechanical and electrical problems. Develop, update, and maintain process/maintenance procedures and work instructions to enhance operations. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment. Oversee Continuous Improvement projects. Assist in new product development through design, testing, and validation. Manage projects for new equipment purchases and maintenance. Utilize Document Control and ECR systems to write, review, and amend documents. Support Quality and R&D by investigating non-conforming products and customer complaints, providing resolutions and documentation. Apply today for immediate consideration! The Successful Applicant The successful Maintenance Engineer will have the following qualifications: Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical fields, or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering Experience working hadst-on this machinery and continuous production lines Preferred experience in web handling maintenance and design. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, project management tools, document control systems, Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks drafting software.
