About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team in a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations and familiarity with Human Capital Management. This role will report directly to the Director of People Operations and will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR initiatives across the organization. Job Description: Provides full administrative support to Human Resources team for a variety of Human Resources functions (i.e. payroll and benefits, onboardingoffboarding, culture and engagement, and recruitment). Be a key contributor in the implementation and rollout of a new PEO. Assist with the preparation of various human resources department reports. Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, etc. Assist department to design, develop, and implement innovative strategies around talent management and employee engagement, succession planning and leadership development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Answers employee questions (via Help Desk tickets) related to payroll, benefits, 401k and company policypractices. Helps to ensure payroll practices meet compliance standards. Support the Director of People Operations in various strategic initiatives and special projects across the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, etc. Support the transition of SHRM platforms and assist in talent acquisition during hiring surges, generate reports, and perform other HR and administrative duties. HRIS implementation support Qualifications Strong knowledge in the following areas of HR: benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, FMLA, STDLTD administration At least three (3) years of experience of human resources generalist experience; including at least 1 year of experience with payroll Additional years of experience in an HR Generalist Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Experience with data, analytics and reporting Prior experience in Property Management preferred
