For more information, click here . Role reports to: Global Head of Corporate Development and Ventures Location: Skillman, NJ (2024) and Summit, NJ (2025 onwards). Travel %: 33% Pay: USD $160,000 - $276,000. What you will do The Head of Business Development, Ex-North America, plays a key role leading inorganic growth strategy development outside of North America and executing activities across Kenvue's businesses and geographies through M&A, partnerships and incubation. Key Responsibilities • Leads all M&A activities outside of North America including maintaining deal flow through relationships with investment banks, PE firms, venture investors; proactively screens for potential targets, review teasers, offering memorandums, develop a screening and prioritization process, socialize potential targets with key growth and segment stakeholders; assist on portfolio reviews and execute all divestitures; and maintain relationships with key internal constituents and external targets. • This includes leading various phases of the transaction process including analysis of inorganic strategy and markets, target identification and screening, structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and closing. • Supports Segment leads (Self Care, Skin Health & Beauty, Essential Health), Regional Leaders and Functional Teams executing global corporate development transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, partnerships, alliances, and licensing. • Provides project management leadership and support for corporate development projects, from concept, through planning, and implementation, working with a global cross functional team including segments, regions, and functions. • Works with Kenvue Strategy and Global Corporate Development leadership to manage communication and alignment with key internal stakeholders to support effective decision making and transaction approval processes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business strategy and decision-making. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote brand awareness. • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and adjust strategy accordingly. • Provides back-up to North America region. What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development including investment banking • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting • Must have strong written and oral communications skills, a solid understanding of corporate financials, public company accounting and regulatory issues, as well as the equity markets • Should be able to analyze the competitive and economic dynamics affecting the business • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships internally and externally • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a small team environment • Ability to prioritize and multi-task well, comfortable with multiple deal types • MS Office skills • 33% travel required Desired Qualifications • Substantive experience in Corporate Development, Merger and Acquisition, or Investment Banking • Superior analytics and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor and financial acumen • Must exhibit strong professionalism and be comfortable around executive management • Ability to structure and manage cross-enterprise projects and processes and collaborate with key stakeholders • Effective communicator of financial concepts to non-financial peers and managers • Additional postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA would be highly desirable What's in it for you • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $160,000 to $276,000.
