Title: RF Payload Engineer KBR is seeking a highly qualified RF Payload Engineer to provide support for the NRO Mission Operations Directorate (MOD). MOD o perates, maintains, and reports the status of intelligence satellites and their associated ground systems, provides defensive space control and space protection, monitors satellite flight safety, and provides space situational awareness. This effort includes support to innovation labs developing new tools, models, and algorithms to operate and exploit satellite space and ground systems. As an RF Payload Engineer, you have the in-depth experience and knowledge of NRO SIGINT satellite systems, payloads, and operational characteristics, and possess expertise on how these can be leveraged to support both MOD lab innovations and mission operations advanced support. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of expertise and experience and knowledge of NRO SIGINT satellite systems, payloads, and operational characteristics Ability to deliver MOD lab innovations and mission operations advanced support Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph Bachelor's degree in STEM or related quantitative science field Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in engineering or related quantitative science field Experience leading teams resulting in successful verification and test strategies/solutions for complex programs Experience with cloud development processes Experience with industry system engineering practices S trong interpersonal skills in order to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership Knowledge of NRO Mission Operations Directorate Security Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
