Our client company, a leader in providing comprehensive diagnostics and engineering expertise for the global energy industry, is looking to add a motivated HR Coordinator to their team!In this multi-faceted role, the ideal candidate will assist members of the Human Resources team with functions relating to Leave Administration, Onboarding, HR Metrics, Benefits, and general administrative support. This role serves as one of the Human Resources contacts for employees who call, email, or visit the department with questions, respond courteously and will forward complex issues to HR team members.This is a Temp to Perm roleWhat you will do:· Leave Administration: Act as a resource for employees on leave policies (FMLA, ADA, etc.). Handle documentation, approvals, and coordination with state agencies. Assist with payroll and benefits adjustments during leaves.· OnboardingOffboarding: Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, I-9s, and E-Verify. Support the onboarding of temporary staff and prepare termination paperwork. Assist with orientation and provide supplies for new hires.· Benefits Administration: Help employees understand and enroll in benefit plans. Coordinate with payroll for benefit deductions and assist with open enrollment. Maintain HRIS data and manage benefit changes.· Recruitment Support: Act as a backup for the Recruiting Coordinator. Handle offer letters, background checks, and employment verifications. Ensure job descriptions are properly formatted and assist with HR projects.· General HR Support: Manage internal documentation like promotion letters and status changes. Assist with HRIS management and generating reports. Support the HR team with administrative tasks and presentations.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or a related field, or 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.· Previous office experience and familiarity with leave management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.· Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. HRIS and database experience are a plus.· Proactive, flexible, and adaptable with strong critical thinking skills.
