Vendor Management PM - W2 (Citizen or GC only)Job Description:Vendor Enablement PMBusiness Analyst - Vendor Enablement and Enrichment GroupProficient in the following:Project Task EstimationResource SchedulingRisk and Issue ManagementWaterfall and Agile methodsWork breakdown and critical path methodStakeholder ManagementCritical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate projectprogram risks)BudgetFinancial Management including Business Case completionExecutive communications for senior managementResponsibilities:The ideal candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal and facilitation skills.Candidates must be comfortable interacting with multiple teams and senior management on a regular basis, have proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with a high degree of comfort with business and technology language.Manage large number of supplier engagements ranging from simple one time software license purchases to complex, multi-year vendor hosted managed services agreements requiring subscription based licenses and proprietary professional servicesFacilitate the executive approval processesIn partnership with Sourcing manage Contract Lifecycle across the technology teract regularly with partners and vendors to ensure service quality, system response and other obligations are met with responsibility for third-party risk oversight including maintenance of procedures and enforcement of policies and contractual agreements.Effectively manage vendor KPIs inclusive of Financial, Risk, Relationship, and PerformanceBuild a strong partnership with the internal partners and demonstrate subject matter expertise in supplier engagement related mattersEnsure compliance with all defined policies and procedures and meet all reporting and documentation standardsEnforce governance models for vendors and facilitate all relevant governance reporting and activitiesResponsible for overseeing vendor financial management processes to support vendor billing , invoice payment and tacking of costsMediate and resolve escalated problems, contractual disputes with vendors and business stakeholdersServe as subject-matter for all phases of the supplier engagement lifecyclePartner and influence clients to ensure legal, risk, compliance andor controls requirements are satisfiedProduce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status, risks, issues, and delivery roadmapAssist product teams to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholdersQualifications:BSBA degree (preferred) or equivalent experience3 plus years of demonstrated experience in vendor, partner, or relationship management (mandatory)Experience with third party risk oversight (preferred)Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) (mandatory)Strong at Multi-Tasking and time management discipline (preferred)Working with clients and Project management experience.
