Position Details: The Senior Administrative Assistant supports 4 Directors, providing a wide range of administrative support to the team by implementing department/operational processes to help meet our goals. This position will be a hybrid model with weekly presence in the Lake Forest, IL office and residing in the general Chicagoland area. You will report to a Sr. Director within the Region. Compensation: This position is hourly and the target pay is $24.37-$36.53. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team. You Will: Respond to requests by gathering and providing information, referring non-routine calls and emails to appropriate staff. Ask probing questions to prioritize. Locate and gather information from the appropriate source to help resolve business issues. Pursue information that may not be available. Compose and modify correspondence, reports or presentations from rough drafts, general instruction or based on special knowledge of area and Company. Schedule meetings on and off-site including conference rooms, meeting set up and implementation. Make travel arrangements. Oversee calendar and schedule appointments on behalf of manager. Prepare materials needed by manager for meetings and telephone calls. You Have: High School diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years of secretarial experience. Type 50 WPM and proficiently use: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use other software. Requires an understanding of department and its relationships within the Company.
