Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of our multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in multifamily construction, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets the company's quality standards and adheres to architectural and engineering specifications. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all site personnel. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs. Approve purchase orders, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders. Ensure all records are up-to-date and organized. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in multifamily residential projects or student housing. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. OSHA certification and a strong commitment to job site safety.
