Overview NovaCare is seeking a full time outpatient Physical Therapist in Gaithersburg Maryland Full Time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Diverse caseload to include; orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, oncology (ReVital), lymphedema and dry needling New Graduate Physical Therapist WELCOME. Our outpatient orthopedic team is able to support a new graduate physical therapist with onsite mentorship. We treat a diverse caseload of teens through geriatrics offering general orthopedics, vestibular, concussion, oncology (ReVital), lymphedema and dry needling rehabilitative services. Our clinicians average 11-12 patients per day with hour evals (1:1) and 45 minute visits. Schedule: 40 hoursMonday through Friday treating Mondays and Thursdays 1030A-7P remaining days 7-330P with last patient schedule an hour prior to close. Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly. Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times. Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
