Responsibilities Exciting opportunity for an individual who is interested in adult hematology-oncology patients throughout all phases of their care including initial diagnosis, treatment and end of life care. WCC7 provides exciting opportunities to cultivate and strengthen your knowledge and competence in general medical and surgical nursing skills, as well as become an expert in oncology care. Our team is looking for nurses who demonstrate the ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced, high acuity environment and that are compassionate, team players whom are eager to learn and teach. Qualifications Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Level I Applicants will have less than 6-12 months of RN experience. Level II Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.
