EMPLOYER INFORMATION: Clifford Beers is a mental health clinic serving children and families. Our mission is to provide integrated services addressing mental, physical, and social determinants in order to improve health, resiliency and quality of life for children, families and communities. PURPOSE : The Family Functional Therapy (FFT) Program Manager directs and coordinates day-to-day operations of the program (s) and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain Program goals and to ensure quality delivery of services for clients and families. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Direct the FFT therapist team and provide clinical supervision following FFT supervisor certification. Until such time clinical supervision will be provided by an FFT consultant. Support a team of therapists and bolster their understanding of the model and the skills needed to engage ambivalent clients. Comply with and demonstrate fidelity to FFT model, policies, and procedures. Review model fidelity reports of your assigned team on a regular basis. Managing and leading assigned clinical program and ensuring that clinical program objectives support Clinic strategic plan Hold a caseload of 5 families, as prescribed by the Functional Family Therapy model. Making programmatic and administrative recommendations to supervisor Supervising, coaching, establishing performance expectations of, and evaluating program staff Facilitating effective communication among program staff, management, and internal and external customers to ensure seamless service Identifying needs and providing opportunities for staff development Tracking Program expenses and income to ensure viability of services May supervise and evaluate interns, fellows, residents, or graduate student(s) in their daily responsibilities - or delegate this function Assigning or delegating responsibility for specified work or functional activities Participating in community and State training activities to promote individual professional growth and development Collaborating in the development of treatment plans, clinical evaluations, case referrals to provide the most appropriate interventions After hours administrative on-call responsibility Performing other related and appropriate duties as directed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required : Master's Level Licensed, LPC, LMFT or LCSW Three years related experience Licensed in behavioral health discipline COMPETENCIES : Must demonstrate the following competencies: Diversity and Inclusion: Foster an environment in which all members of the organization/agency community, from staff to providers, partners and clients (HUSKY Health), are treated equitably and are able to contribute fully and meaningfully to the mission of the organization/agency. Ability to adhere to the team's expectations and guidelines and demonstrate personal commitment to the team Dedicated ability to promote agency mission and vision across department REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation TRAVEL: This role may require travel throughout the State of Connecticut.
