Neuropsychologist (PT Day) - Multiple Sclerosis Care Center Req #: Category: Psychologist Status: Part-Time Shift: Day Facility: Barnabas Health Medical Group Department: Multiple Sclerosis Care Center Location: Barnabas Health Medical Group, Livingston, Livingston, NJ 07039 Job Overview : The Psychologist will join the Multiple Sclerosis Care Center practice based in Livingston providing therapeutic sessions to children, adolescent, and adult patient population. Qualifications : Required: PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology Unrestricted NJ license A minimum of 2 years of experience hands on practice in a client-focused environment working with children adolescent and adult patients A track record of success working in an environment of collaboration, transparency, mutual respect, and shared passion for excellence and innovation The ability to plan, organize, prioritize daily tasks and work with minimal supervision The ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both orally and in writing Certifications and Licenses Required : PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology Unrestricted NJ license Scheduling Requirements : Shift working, 8:30am - 5:00pm Part Time Essential Functions : Provide direct clinical services to clients through one on one and group sessions Make assessments on client presenting problems and disorders and provide diagnosis Create treatment plans specially tailored to the client utilizing a variety of techniques Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to evaluate all contributing factors, such as medical and physical condition of clients Measure progress and effectiveness of treatment and adjust as needed Ensure accurate documentation of sessions Maintain confidentiality of clients treatment and records in accordance with HIPPA Benefits and Perks : At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
