Company Overview : Our client is a designer and manufacturer of innovative, affordable and durable building materials and millworks products with over 20+ years of experience. They are looking for a motivated sales representative for their Midwest Territory. Compensation & Benefits: Our client offers a competitive Base Salary ~$75k Base + Uncapped Commission. Income expectation in first year is ~$135k-$150k Full health benefits, 401k, cell phone allowance, $650/monthly car allowance computer provided, travel reimbursement, etc. Regional Sales Manager in Building Materials - Northeast We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the building materials industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in a designated region (MN, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, OH, WV) driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the region Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the building materials industry Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets Lead the sales team within the region, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition and capitalize on sales opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus) Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry Strong knowledge of building materials products and applications with door components being a plus Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and establish long-term customer relationships Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed Our client offer competitive compensation packages including base salary, commission structure, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
