Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed analysis and evaluations of automotive electromechanical systems, including motors, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and control modules.Participate in vehicle teardown and benchmarking projects to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance enhancements.Design and validate components related to electromechanical systems, ensuring they meet automotive industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems in both the electrical and mechanical domains.Provide technical expertise and guidance on electromechanical system integration for various vehicle platforms.Work with customers to understand specific project requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.Develop and present reports and presentations to clients, clearly communicating technical findings and suggestions for improvements.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the automotive industry.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in automotive electromechanical systems engineering or a similar role.Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems (e.g., wiring, batteries, motors) and mechanical components.Experience in system integration and troubleshooting of vehicle electronic and mechanical subsystems.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and electrical design tools (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD Electrical).Hands-on experience with vehicle testing and diagnostics equipment is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
