Chelsea LPN $40-$50/hr The Veterans Home at Chelsea is seeking several compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at $40-$50/hr. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-driven care and support to our Veteran population, following and contributing to individualized care plans. Your role includes supervising an assigned unit within the facility, fostering teamwork across multiple disciplines, administering treatments, responding to emergencies, and ensuring effective communication with team members, patients, and their families. We are looking for candidates who have an active LPN license in Massachusetts, at least one year of LPN experience, a reliable car, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in using computers for work assignments is essential.
