Must be willingable to come into the office as needed.Join a 100+ Year old and growing electronics and technology company based in Harrisburg, PA that offers an employee stock ownership plan, competitive pay, an excellent benefits package and paid time off to volunteer in the community.· We are empowered by our employee co-owners who provide the industry's best service and we promote a collaborative culture.· We feel strongly about giving back to the community and promoting sustainable, eco-friendly business practices.· We offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Paid Time Off, Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits as well as Gym Reimbursement and Tuition Assistance.· As a D&H Co-Owner you receive numerous discounts on services.We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter HR Generalist to support our Human Resources Department.Summary:The Corporate Recruiter HR Generalist is responsible for performing duties primarily in the following areas: recruiting, HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, and policy implementation.Responsibilities:Recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary employeesEstablish strong positive relationships with hiring managersLearn and understand the positions and talent requirements within D&HLearn and understand compensation structure and demonstrate ability to make effective recommendations to hiring managersCoordinate and manage onboarding process including background checks, drug tests, new hire paperwork, orientation, training, mentor program, stay interviews, and 40 & 80 days review processRecommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performedCompile reports from HRIS and ATS systemsStay up to date and ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws requirements by enforcing adherence to requirementsAdministration of policiesprocedures in a fair and consistent mannerMeet deadlines in a fast-paced and high-intensity environmentPerform clerical and administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detailCommunicate effectively with high degree of professionalismAbility to pitch in and help with needs of HR department as neededAssist with employee relations counseling and exit interviewingManage "leave" process (FMLA, ADA, STD etc.)Additional dutiesskills:Communicate effectively with high degree of professionalismExcellent communication with all employees to ensure that they receive all information necessary for success.Excellent organizing, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, including understanding when it is necessary to operate with a strong sense of urgencyMust have knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs, policies, and procedures as well as other pertinent HR law and regulations.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities, meet multiple deadlines, and handle multiple competing tasks and demand.Maintain a high degree of professionalism and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Perform clerical and administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detailRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or equivalent education, training and experience.1-2 years of HR Generalist experience.Why Should You Apply?· Opportunities for growth and development· Great benefits· Competitive industry pay· Excellent WorkLife BalanceEOEBest way to apply is directly on our website!
