You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and negotiate with clients to drive projects forward leveraging services.We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:Developing profitable business from managed accounts; overall accountability achieving booking, revenue and profitability objectives for accountsclients, both within the Americas and globally.Understanding key influencers within client organization, quickly identifying client culture and decision-making process and balancing professional manner to suit client requirements.Cross-collaboration with teams to develop a pipeline of new opportunities in addition to extensions and expansions of existing contracts.Working across all business lines and across all of the client's functional areas, to bring the full suite of offerings to clients and continually increase value to clients.Providing escalation point for client and work with Managers from other service lines to ensure service provision meets both SLAs and expectations.Effectively position company within client at board and senior management level and represent properly for potential major new projects or bids.Maintaining strong customer satisfaction.Key Qualifications:Proven experience serving clients in the Service (Technology, Retail, Insurance, Engineering) industry.Expertise managing portfolios in upwards of $10M.Minimum of 10 years' experience in selling complex, IT servicescustomized technology services.History of successful sales of technology services deals across multiple offerings including specific experience in latest technology, data and insights, cloud, testing solutions etc.Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment.Applications and project delivery expertise.Familiarity with cloud; specifically: MS Azure, AWS, GCP.Knowledge of MS applications.Recent experience selling consulting services engagements to global level prehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and trends affecting technology spend.Well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strong client relationships.Expertise demonstrating a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis.Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives including C-Suite.Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors.Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive sales culture.Ability to travel as required.High level of personal and professional integrity.Excellent attention to detail and excellent time management skills.Ultimately possess a deal shaping, solution mindset.All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:Possess a Bachelors andor Masters Degree from an accredited institution.
