Electrophysiology Lab Supervisor Cardiac Cath Lab Day Shift | Full-Time **Up-to $3,000 in relocation assistance!** MLR is seeking an Electrophysiology Lab Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Electrophysiology Lab, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and efficiency. This role involves managing a dedicated team, coordinating procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and institutional standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor EP lab staff, including electrophysiology technicians and nurses. Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and manage scheduling. Oversee the workflow of procedures, ensuring they are performed according to established protocols. Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available. Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Implement and review quality control measures and continuously seek ways to improve lab operations. Ensure all electrophysiology equipment is properly maintained and functioning. Coordinate with biomedical engineers for repairs and upgrades. Ensure exceptional care is provided to patients before, during, and after procedures. Address patient concerns and ensure they are well-informed about their treatment. Ensure all procedures are documented accurately and comply with regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced certification or degree in a relevant specialty is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an electrophysiology lab or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
