An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent. At least one-year of administrative experience required. Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ($19.23/hr.) - $40,000/yr. ($21.98/hr.). Salary offers will be commensurate with experience and other qualifications. Schedule : Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (35 hours/week) Location: In-person based out of our Ronkonkoma office Pay Type: Non-exempt Responsibilities: Answer door and greet vendors, job applicants and other visitors. Notify appropriate staff of the arrival of visitors. Answer all incoming phone calls and route to appropriate staff. Monitor the agency's general mailbox, forwards messages to appropriate parties and ensure that mailbox is emptied daily. Receive and sort all incoming mail and other packages. Review Monthly Safety Reports for completion and organize reports by location. Forward completed reports to Quality Improvement. Perform general secretarial duties, such as typing, filing, and photocopying. Perform data entry and maintain various databases. Additional administrative duties as assigned.
