We have multiple clients looking for ReceptionistsOffice Assistants Event Assistants on a temporary day to day basis. The general hourly range for these roles are $17-20hr DOEResponsibilities will possibly include:Answer and direct phone callsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsLiaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managersRequirements and skills:1-2+ years experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant or has worked hospitalityKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS OfficeExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
