Pre-eminent mid-sized commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal for their suburban Montgomery County, PA. office. This position offers hybrid work flexibility with two days in office and three days working from home - exceptional salary compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical insurance, dental insurance, short term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k profit sharing program and paid time off.About the Role:This position helps families navigate complex laws, regulations, taxes, and procedures during a very difficult time in their lives. Family members are afforded the opportunity to spend their time remembering the person while we focus on bringing the estate to a timely conclusion.Responsibilities: PA and NJ estate administration from start to completion, including probate, collection of assets and debts, preparing and filing federal and state death tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns, preparing fiduciary accountings and settlement agreements.Tax returns include: 706, PA Rev-1500, 1041, PA-41, US Gift Tax Return Form 709.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience as an estate administration paralegal. Bachelor's degree andor paralegal certificate required. Accounting degree andor certificate is a plus.Required Skills: Comprehensive computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, document management, Intuit Professional and Lackner 6 in 1.Excellent client service skills to internal clients and external clients.Ability to work independently and as a team player exercising sound judgment.Please send your resumes for confidential consideration to:
