ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Law Firm Administrative Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.Prepare and process legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.Assist with billing and invoicing processes.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
