Our client, luxury jewelry brand, is looking to hire Luxury Maison Concierge to join the team at their New York store location. This is a full-time temp to permanent position and will start as soon as possible. Candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week and have flexibility to work on weekends.Job Duties Include:Provide elevated customer service & hospitality to clients coming into the boutiqueAct as the point of contact and deliver luxury experience, brand introduction, and white-glove service to clientsAssist with booking appointments and communicate with team membersmanagers to best support flow of appointmentsDirect everyone entering the boutique to an appropriate Sales Associate or Manager and support beverage servicesManage answering incoming calls, internal team communications, and in-person client inquiriesJob Qualifications Include:Elevated luxury customer service experience from Fashion, Hospitality, High-End Customer Service industriesExcellent communication and client relationship building skillsAbility to speak multiple languages is a plusAbility to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shiftPay Rate Range: $25-$28hour DOE*While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
