The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our commercial HVAC operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HVAC industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in business management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and work with install leads and technicians on jobs and follow up on project completion/permits and licenses needed for installations. Respond to customer calls and offer customer support. Provide work order descriptions and pricing quotes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement. Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, including new services and market segments. Oversee customer service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Implement and manage quality control processes to maintain high standards of service delivery. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, services, and market trends. Commercial customer experience preferred. Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with managing budgets and quoting projects. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in business management tools. Prior experience working hands-on in the field with equipment is a plus, but not required. License in HVAC and refrigeration is a plus, but not required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
