Join a Global Team with a Goal of Standardizing Processes across their Sites You will add instrumentation, run projects & manager capital budgets About Our Client Our client is a composite manufacturing company with a Global Presence and six site in the U.S., geared towards the aerospace industry. Job Description This role offers an exciting, challenging opportunity to design and deploy new digital tools in a manufacturing environment. Being part of this global virtual team to standardize and digitalize ways of working will significantly impact how the business serves the Aerospace industry. Design, implement, and oversee PLC upgrades across various locations. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide solutions. Integrate PLC systems with MES for enhanced manufacturing operations. Add instrumentation to existing systems for improved data collection and analysis. Lead and support projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Manage capital budgets effectively, optimizing costs and resources. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in PLC programming, upgrades, and system integration. Strong understanding of MES systems and their integration with PLC controls. Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets. Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel internationally, as needed.
