Sales Manager-Grills Reporting to the VP of Sales US, the Sales Manager is directly responsible for developing, planning and executing the sales and marketing programs for Napoleons grill division in Latin America and Caribbean. This self-motivated and trustworthy individual will be responsible for the development and management of our business units in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Own business plan and KPI's to exceed annual revenue projections for territory (including influencing P&L) • Qualify existing dealer and distributor relationships • On-board new distributors within markets Napoleon currently does not exist; including signing up and supporting the distributor to bring on new dealers • Guide and keep distributors focused , informed, trained and motivated • Set goals, targets and expectations annually for each country/distributor • Promote and secure new sales opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. • Identify, develop and provide marketing support tools and programs including technical and client sales training and trade show participation. • Develop needs based proposals and presentations to Management and Executive • Manage and qualify sales leads • Work with head office and Grill team including distributors to develop new business, objectives, goals, and business plans for your region. Develop annual sales forecasts and budget plans and work with Management to review actuals monthly and quarterly • Establish and maintain firm working relationships with all applicable company departments ensuring communication and the resolution of customer concerns and complaints. • Stay abreast of industry advances, market condition and competitor activities. • Provide weekly sales call reporting on new activity and project updates. • Regularly make decisions based on changing circumstance in order to provide the best possible solution for the company and the clients including pricing, warranty, service levels and delivery. Education and Experience: • The successful candidate will have a college/university degree in business administration w/ focus on sales and marketing, with a minimum of 10 years' experience selling B2B. The ability to fluently communicate in Spanish is mandatory. Previous experience selling into Latin America and having worked with distributors is an asset. • 10 years minimum experience. • Bachelor of Arts preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; excel, word, PowerPoint • Bilingual - English & Spanish speaking is preferred.
