Acute IPCU Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift - 3x12 schedule Job Description: MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an IPCU (Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit) Night Shift Nurse. As an IPCU Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients with acute psychiatric conditions during the night shift. IPCU RN Responsibilities: Assessing and monitoring patients' mental health status throughout the night. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Implementing and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Providing therapeutic interventions and crisis management as needed. Documenting patient care and progress accurately and timely. Requirements for a Registered Nurse: Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license. Minimum 1 years of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification preferred.
