What you'll be doing- • Communicate seamlessly between all external vendors and internal marketing teams, ensuring alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives. • Drive and lead the product's go-to-market efforts, positioning it as the premier tool for home buyers worldwide. Develop and implement comprehensive go-to marketing strategies, driving company growth through innovative, data-driven initiatives aligned with business objectives. • Build and maintain the corporate brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market relevance aligned with the corporate goals. • Building relationships with stakeholders and the media to implement public relations strategies. • Design and execute robust marketing strategies that drive user engagement, growth, and retention. • Optimize the conversion funnel, enhancing user experience and maximizing conversion rates. • Leverage marketing analytics to inform strategy, making data-driven decisions to drive performance. • Oversee and enhance SEO efforts to improve visibility and organic reach. • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, hiring talent smarter than yourself to foster a culture of excellence and innovation. • Establish and drive key performance indicators, including user acquisition, conversion, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Qualifications • 5+ years experience in a senior management role, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment. • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience working on products (software-based companies) • Marketing software products and subscription sales • Experience at either a marketing/ad agency or a product subscription-based software (SaaS/ PaaS / LaaS) company
