Qualifications • Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic is a plus. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
