Customer Service Representative Chery Equipment Group Garden City, New York, United States (On-site) Company Details: Chery Group is a US distributor of globally recognized heavy equipment and industrial products. We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our heavy equipment division, Chery Equipment Group. In this role, you will verify customer information and issue invoices in a professional and friendly demeanor. To ensure success, the Customer Service Representative should have experience in a sales environment and excellent communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Verify orders, including customer's personal information and payment details Work with Operations Manager and field technicians to ensure timely service to meet customer's needs Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing Manage purchase orders and invoices. Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork; including obtaining missing customer information Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Previous experience in customer service and sales Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Experience with industry software such as Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite Familiarity with sales reports and sales records Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of heavy equipment (preferred) Salary: $19-$21
