Overview Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team and assist with our national expansion! Responsibilities Review/Audit projects in Buildertend/Resi for missing items such as change orders, field measurements, finance documents, & service contracts Conduct over-the-phone contract reviews with Sales Representatives at point of sale Accurately transfer contract information into accounting forms Keep a daily log of individual projects to ensure projects are expedited efficiently Schedule field measures and provide tentative installation dates via Salesforce (CRM) Follow up with assigned clients to ensure timely installation of projects Promptly communicate with internal departments (scheduling, accounting, project management, installation, & sales) via Outlook Handle a high call volume of warranty calls & deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications One year of general office experience or one year experience in customer service (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness to safeguard sensitive information Ability to multi-task and handle a high call volume Strong customer service orientation and positive approach in handling challenging issues Ability to de-escalate "hot" situations Teamplayer mentality, and ability to work well under pressure Comfortable using software systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, and Buildertrend (internal) Bilingual is a plus Data entry skills is a plus What we offer $17 an hour Paid on-site training 401(k) plan, Medical, dental, & vision insurance benefits Opportunity for growth and advancement Paid vacation & PTO Schedule Full-Time / Onsite Monday-Friday + Weekend Availability Responsibilities Review/Audit projects in Buildertend/Resi for missing items such as change orders, field measurements, finance documents, & service contracts Conduct over-the-phone contract reviews with Sales Representatives at point of sale Accurately transfer contract information into accounting forms Keep a daily log of individual projects to ensure projects are expedited efficiently Schedule field measures and provide tentative installation dates via Salesforce (CRM) Follow up with assigned clients to ensure timely installation of projects Promptly communicate with internal departments (scheduling, accounting, project management, installation, & sales) via Outlook Handle a high call volume of warranty calls & deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D Strong desire and passion to help and serve others High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a high call volume environment What we offer $17 an hour Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid vacations & PTO Opportunities for growth and advancement 401(k) plan Schedule Full-time 5 days a week Posted Min Pay Rate USD $17.00/Hr.
