CSR - Arlington VA

Shirlington Animal Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, highly motivated and detail orientated individual with excellent people skills to join our team! We are a high volume 3-4 doctor practice and are limited to seeing cats and dogs only. We offer wellness and sick exams, digital radiographs, diagnostics, various surgical procedures, and many more services! Duties include but are not limited to answering a multi line phone system, keeping accurate medical records, client education, promotion of hospital products and services, assisting clients, checking clients in and out, etc. You will be primarily working up front, but be open to cross training! Valuable skills to have are to be able to multitask, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills (written and oral). We are a paper light hospital, experience with Avimark is a plus! Hours will vary, we are open to a part time or full time position. We are open Monday to Friday from 8-6 and Saturdays from 8-2. If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, please apply!
