Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations role • Extensive multi-leveled experience with best practices, policies, and procedures in the HVAC field to gain detailed understanding of all levels of operations and showing steady career progression • A degree or college diploma in business, technical or management Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operational management of 24/7 Service Department • In collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, develop and execute an annual Operational Plan that meets strategic and operational goals, and continuous improvement opportunities • Mentor staff and manage business functions including overseeing team's commitment to • Maintaining relevant industry and other standards • Understanding needs and maximizing client and customer outcomes • Coordinate with and escalate to, the Chief Operating Officer, strategic and operational issues and risks for the business operations in a timely manner • Manage service contracts for Business Operations • Coordinate preparation of the operation budget process and monitor activity throughout the year to ensure operating expense are controlled according to the budgeted plan • Work with service team to control direct costs and help driver revenue with the sales team • Provide or organize the provision of technical introduction for new staff regarding job completion, reporting, quality management and other related workflow processes • Organize and direct quality work efforts through the use of effective planning, goal setting, KPI and Performance development, monitoring and performance reporting
