Overview:To support our rapidly expanding customer base in North America, we seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Sales Manager to contribute to our automotive business.Responsibilities:- Lead Lidar sales for key automotive accounts in North America.- Own accounts, identify opportunities, and achieve targets.- Execute and develop a growth strategy for key customers.- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to achieve the company's vision (managementproduct owners).- Build multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy and coordinate the use of internal resources, including local field applications and engineers, program management, and business unit staff to drive design wins.- Drive the overall sales process from lead generation to deal closure, managing contract and price negotiations.-Provide value-added feedback on customer needs to manage business units and customer service teams.- Provide short and long-term forecasts.Desired Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- A result-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Sales Manager with extensive sales experience with Automotive customers (OEMs) in North America.- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who can work effectively on cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated background in driving success in the Automotive Market, with at least 5 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing.- Background in selling opto-mechatronicsensor solutions (LidarCameraECUDisplays) or similar electrical products.
