CHL's Together For Kids Program (TFK) provides a comprehensive model of mental health promotion, prevention and intervention services that includes: 1) behavioral health consultation for educators and families; 2) trainings for educators and families on a variety of topics related to social-emotional health in young children; 3) child and family therapy and 4) referrals for community based services. TFK services are designed to promote social-emotional wellness in children, assist educators/families to understand and appropriately respond to challenging behaviors, strengthen home-school partnerships and reduce suspensions and expulsions from early education and care settings. The goal is to assist children to become enjoyable family members, valued friends and successful learners so that they will develop a "foundation for success" in kindergarten and beyond. Responsibilities: Provide mental health consultation services in early education and care settings Provide trainings for educators and families Provide child and family psychotherapy services in childcare programs and outpatient/home-based settings in Central MA Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors. Qualifications: Grade C12: Clinician III: Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Grade C16: Clinician IV: Master's degree in a clinical course of study (social work, psychology, counseling or related field) and LICSW licensure or licensed Psychologist Therapy experience working with the youth required. Experience working with young children and families. Bilingual, bi-culturalcandidates are encouraged to apply.
