Office Services Specialist

Overview: Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Specialist to join our administrative services team on a full time basis! This position would report into our corporate headquarters in Ramsey, New Jersey Monday - Friday. Responsibilities: Process Customer Invoices Load paper and ensure machines are maintained properly for Invoice running Go to the US Postal Office in AM and PM to pick up and drop off mail, packages and supplies as needed **May require going to Teterboro for some supplies Assist with all internal moves for employees, shredding bins, furniture and machines Receive and deliver packages from all vendors at loading dock Deposit Bank Statements for cash management on occasion Bring Truck in for Maintenance and keep both vehicles fueled Check all three office buildings for UPS shipments Brinds mail to appropriate buildings as needed Assist with any other Office Service tasks as required. Qualifications: High School Diploma Able to lift 75 lbs Able to move Furniture, Copiers, Moving Bins etc. Mailroom experience a plus, Delivery experience a plus 0-1 year experience Customer service mindset Attentive to detail Computer literate Valid Drivers license About Us: Konica Minoltas journey started 150 years ago, with a vision to see and do things differently.
