Ellsworth County Medical Center is looking for afull-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. Schedule: 4 days/week, 7:00am - 5:00pm On-Call: One week night per week, one weekend every 6 weeks Duties & Responsibilities: The role of the Advanced PracticeProvider is to provide Family Practice Medicine in our Rural Health Clinics,hospital Inpatient suites and Emergency Department. This position will serve as aprimary care provider for preventative care, evaluation of new complaints,routine recurring visits for chronic illnesses, inpatient care and emergencies when clinicallyindicated. Responsible for discriminating between normal and abnormalfindings to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mentalhealth problems. Works to achieve positive outcome measures based onstate and federal mandates and financial incentives.
