Responsibilities:Respond to human resources-related inquiries.Assist with payroll processing.Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.Develop and maintain talent management processes.Monitor employee morale and company culture.Qualifications:5+ years' experience in the Human Resources field, Bachelor's degree Employee Recruitment and retention programs Assist in the administration and implementation of Human Resource programs including Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Wellness, and Talent Acquisition. Ability to research and resolve employee issue and questions, and ability to clearly communicate policies and procedures. Collaborates with leadership on strategic planning and goal setting. Assist in the administration and implementation of Employee Benefit Casualty Risk Workers Compensation and Safety programsprojects.
