Position Summary with Job ResponsibilitiesObjective- To design & develop the Powertrain Electronic, it's subsystems and Poer supply in line with defined Technical Policy and Technology Roadmap.To define design Standards & Carryover Strategy of this sub module and drive it's engineering, aligned to the QCT of the projects. Also responsible for critical issue (escalated by ML & SMT Engineer) resolution and Deviation Approval." Job Description:- Working knowledge of the overall automotive system, functional aspects, design, interfacing, application, testing and integration. -Knowledge of ECU "˜V' cycle development from concept to production from an OEM perspective.-Knowledge of requirement and configuration management tools like DOORS-Familiarity of simulation tools - like MATLAB, SIMULINK, Enterprise Architect -Knowledge of automotive communication and Diagnostic protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS etc)-Awareness of HIL set ups for test automation-Should know the regulatory / certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc.-Should be able to evaluate supplier proposals and provide technical recommendation-Experience in design and development of powertrain Electronics like EMS Gasoline, Diesel, Alternate fuel, AMT, AT, DCT, e-Clutch, Battery, Starters and Alternators etc-Working knowledge of MINT3, RMDVV and other internal systems-Excellent communication skills.
