DescriptionAre you considering or already planning to relocate to the Nashville, TN area?Do you thrive in field leadership roles with responsibility for customer satisfaction, gross margin, and team development?Do you have a passion for teaching what you know and making the next generation better?Do you want to work for a place consistently voted into the "Top Places to Work", where you are not a number and the company pays for your medical insurance?Are you interested in getting LEED and NICET Level 2 certified?If you answered "YES" to those questions, then an Electrical Superintendentrole at Weifield Group Contracting may be perfect for you!Important Notes: Project work is onsite in the Greater Nashville areaWe are looking for individuals ready to or considering relocation to TennesseeWhat You Will Do:While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you willReporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiencyManage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sitesIndependently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprenticesMaintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting RelationshipsWhat You Will Bring:In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you willHave 6+ years' experience managing high dollar projects and large teamsCurrent Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectivelyExperience utilizing prefabricationBe willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentivesEnjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanshipBe motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certificationsWhat Weifield is All About:Weifield is an award winning, national leader in cutting-edge electrical construction with nearly 900 employees across all our regions.
