We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.Position Overview:The Social Media Marketing Specialist assists in overseeing CrossCountry Mortgage's Retail Loan Officer social media program. This position is responsible for content planning and maintenance of CrossCountry Mortgage's custom social media tool, CCM Social. In addition, the Social Media Marketing Specialist oversees the social media support portal and provides coaching and training to the Retail LO network. Job Responsibilities:Oversight of the internal social media program. Day-to-day maintenance of the social media management platform. Manage content for loan officer and business development social media libraries. Create highly compelling content that educates, drives engagement, boosts brand awareness, and supports higher level initiatives. Assist in scheduling social media content for loan officer social media accounts. Collaborate on internal social media strategies. Manage loan officer social media support requests through the service portal. Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent, preferred. 2-4 years' experience in social media marketing. Understanding of social media management platforms. Knowledge of social media best practices and industry experience, a plus.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem resolution skills.Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
